| "A Shepherds
Story" Davy, a new graduate from
Shepard School is excited about his new job until he recieves Shirley, Goodness,
& Mercy as sheep. It doesnt help when they are told they arent
welcome out in the pasture and have to spend the night out in the barn... No one was more surprised than Harold
Star when he was chosen to announce the birth of Jesus.
After all, he had no talent and was always late for Star
School. Twinkle the Beauty Queen Star thought she should
be chosen, just on looks alone. Brainard Star was the
most brilliant star in the class but he wasnt
chosen either. Harold Star was picked because of His
heart. He simply loved Jesus! What Harold saw that day in
Bethlehem, changed everything. There he meets his new
friend Caleb, the Inn Keepers son. Together, they
watch Jesus as He grows up and then proclaim salvation
through His death and resurrection. The play uses
familiar Christmas carols and tells the entire salvation
story. At the end, there is a time for your pastor to
speak to the audience about their need for Jesus.
Complete the celebration with a birthday party for Jesus,
the King of Kings! This easily directed play can be used
for any group size. "No Vacancy" What's a mouse to do?
Everything was fine until Caesar decided he needed more
money in his pockets. All of a sudden, the peaceful
little town of Bethlehem becomes a Tourist Town. Not to
mention an animal's worst nightmare. That's when Micah
Mouse, Claude the Cow and Seth Sheep come up with
"Operation: Go Home!" Their plan includes
convincing the "tourists" to leave Bethlehem so
an animal's life can return to normal. However, when the
couple they try to keep out of town turn out to be none
other than Mary and Joseph, things will never be the same
again! Claude, Micah and Seth each look at the birth,
death and resurrection of Jesus through very different
eyes and whiskers. Claude can't believe Jesus could love
a plain, old, ordinary cow like herself.. Micah Mouse
rejected Jesus for years, until he was touched by Jesus'
love personally. Seth Sheep was just eternally grateful
Jesus died, so he wouldn't have to. "No
Vacancy" is an easy to direct play for an number of
children and includes acting out the Christmas story from
Luke 2. The play uses familiar Christmas carols and
presents salvation in a powerful way, ending in a
birthday party for Jesus. "Joshua's Birthday Party" Joshua's brother and
sister want to throw him a birthday party but soon forget
whose birthday it really is! Aunt Martha with her supply
of decorations is no help. Pretty soon there are balloons
and streamers everywhere. Will mom and dad arrive before
they start cutting the cake? The family is reminded of
another Boy, born long ago, whose birthday also went
pretty much unnoticed but whose life changed everything.

focuses on salvation and worshiping our Lord. The play is
easy to learn and uses well know Christmas carols. It is

to give the salvation message and an opprotunity to

grateful. Our own Joshua, Jesus -the King of Kings. "PJ's Christmas Surprise" |
